Where are your products made?
All our pieces are designed and handcrafted by us in our home studio in Hamburg.
How should I take care of my talisman?
To preserve its beauty over time, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. When not wearing your talisman, store it in a dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or jewelry box. Brass and sterling silver may naturally develop a patina over time—this is part of the material’s character. If needed, gently polish metal parts with a soft, dry cloth.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to most countries within the European Union using DHL. If you need delivery to a country not listed at checkout, feel free to email us and we’ll do our best to help.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period. Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Full details are available on our Return & Refund Policy page.
